Physically reset your device (this will make it rebroadcast the devices Wi-Fi)
Purpose - To re-register your device after it has been removed from your iotty app.

1) Remove the glass Faceplate
a) To remove, pull away at the bottom of the device until you hear a click then lift off. Do not pull the Faceplate when removing, lift only
2) Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds on the Backplate (you may need a paperclip or similar to press the button)
3) Then press the AP button for 5 seconds on the plastic Backplate (you may need a paperclip or similar to press the button)
4) Re-register your device (using airplane mode)
1) Turn on airplane mode (in some rare scenarios your phone/tablet will send communications over your mobile data network even when connected to the switch which will prevent registration)
2) Connect your phone/tablet to the switch's network (IOTTY_serial_number)
3) Open the iotty app and select the plus sign and add device then select 'Restore Factory Settings' (this ensures you are communicating with the switch by confirming a successful factory reset)
4) Wait about 30 - 60 seconds for it to come back from the reset and ensure your smartphone is still connected to the switch's network (IOTTY_serial_number)
5) Proceed to Step 5 of Registering your iotty Smart Switch here to finish installation
